FAQ

How much does an apartment move cost in Orlando?

Most local apartment moves are priced by crew size and hours or as a flat rate based on your apartment size, floor, and access. We give you an upfront quote before the day of the move so there are no surprises — request a free estimate and we'll walk you through it.

Do you handle stairs and high-rise apartments?

Yes. Stairs, walk-ups, elevators, and high-rise buildings are our everyday work. We don't charge surprise stair fees — any access details are built into your upfront quote.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for my building?

Absolutely. Many Orlando apartment complexes require a COI before move day. Send us your building's requirements and we'll have it ready in time.

How far in advance should I book?

For weekends and the 1st or last of the month, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead. That said, we keep same-day and next-day slots open whenever we can.

What size apartments do you move?

Everything from a studio to a large three-bedroom apartment or condo. Tell us your size and floor and we'll match the right crew.

How is a local move priced?

Most local moves are billed by crew size and hours, or as a flat rate for standard apartment sizes. You'll get an upfront estimate before move day.

Can you pack just my fragile items?

Yes. Many customers book partial packing for the kitchen and breakables and handle the rest themselves — we'll scope it into your quote.

Can you move just one heavy item?

Yes — single-item furniture moves are common. Tell us the piece, the floors involved, and the addresses for a quick price.

Is a small move cheaper?

Yes. We scale the crew and truck to your load, so a studio or dorm move costs less than a full apartment move.

Can you really move me today?

Often, yes — availability depends on the day and your apartment size. Call us and we'll tell you immediately what we can do.
